Can Peptides heal BJJ injuries faster?

Ok, the longer you train BJJ the more likely you will get injured or will have several injuries. I speak from personal experience. I am not sure I have met a single person, purple belt or higher that has not been injured one way or another. What we all want to know is how can we heal faster so that we can get back on the mats?
